All thirty-three tokens in the dark block held their Light values.
The .dark block in the shared UI package shipped the same values as :root, so applying the class changed nothing that depended on a token. One app in the monorepo already carried a local workaround; the published package carried the bug to everyone else. Checking the restored palette, --primary-foreground was failing AA at 2.46:1.
Upstreamed the working palette and set --primary-foreground to 0 0% 7% — 7.29:1 against the same brand teal, which is untouched.
