When the format goes unstated, a wrong agentic guess is silent.
Slack renders mrkdwn, not Markdown: *bold* rather than **bold**, <url|label> rather than [label](url). The sendMessage parameter said it could include markdown formatting, which points an agent at the wrong syntax. The call still succeeds; a person reads a message full of visible asterisks. Jira's comment field wants Markdown on Cloud and raw text on Data Center, through the same parameter.
Thirteen parameter descriptions now state the format the provider already sends, plus the regenerated autogen files. No behaviour, names, types or required-ness change — it writes down a contract that already existed.
